Jordan’s Open Hours (digital)

Once a month Jordan sets aside time to visit with folks who want to talk. He’ll be waiting for anyone who wants to contact him.  This remains a virtual only opportunity.  Please call or text or facebook message him at

https://www.facebook.com/covenantoftheriver

or use the Council email: council@covenantoftheriver.org

If you can’t get through he is probably talking with another. He will reply when he can.

Ostara in Zoom

The Wheel has turned again bringing us further into Spring with the Ostara Sabbat. Council will be presenting a ritual, live, in Zoom.  If you can, please bring a piece of paper and pen/pencil to use during the ritual.

Bring your own chocolate eggs!  Just for fun, it’s not part of the ritual.

The Zoom room opens at 6pm and the evening’s activities begin at 6:30.

Council Meeting

This is not an open meeting. If you have a need to speak with Council, please join us at Office Hours or Open Hours. In the event that none of those dates work for you, please contact Council and we will work to schedule a time to meet with you.

Each month the Council, Jean Jordan and Chel, get together to schedule Covenant of the River events, write rituals, outline presentations and discuss general community business.

We would appreciate your ideas on activities, topics or crafts that could enrich our community. You can present these ideas to Council (via email) whether you want to lead or collaborate or have the Council lead.

Council would like to emphasize our desire to have more people making presentations and presenting rituals. This is a diverse community and one of the best things about that is we get to learn from each other. Your beliefs, your practices, your ideas are things the community would love to learn about and share if you are willing to share. It’s not hard at all. You are just sharing your stuff with your friends, like show and tell! Council and others are more than happy to give you guidance and encouragement, help with your ritual or presentation, and help you get your supplies together (and pay for them).

Please send your ideas to council@covenantoftheriver.org before this meeting begins.

Sikhism

Join us tonight for our Sunday Zoom meeting. Jordan will be making a “Religions of the World” presentation on Sikhism.  It is a religion from the Punjab region of the India.

The Zoom room opens at 6pm and the evening’s activities begin at 6:30.
