Festival Survival Guide

02/26/2023 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Here’s your chance!  You want to go to the festival.  You just don’t know what it’s like.  Come to the Hall tonight and find out!

Now that Untamed! has become a part of Covenant of the River culture, we want to encourage you all to attend.  Most would say the experience of a festival is AMAZING!

But….  it’s alot of people, it’s camping, it’s cold, there’s a fire… it’s all kinds of things Chel can think of to not go…  How about you?  Maybe if we told you what it’s really like, you’d want to give it a try.  Can we convince Chel?  (Challenge accepted!)

Over the years many of our members have made travels to Colorado festivals such as DragonFest and Beltania to name a few AND to last year’s UNTAMED!.    Jean is going to start us off with all the great information about attending our Untamed festival and festivals in general.  Then others, including you if you have one, are welcome to tell us stories of festivals you have been to and how awesome they were and the secrets of successful attendance you have learned.

Arrive at 5:30 at River Hall (901 E Swallow) for socializing and to eat if you want to bring your own food.  The evening will start at 6:00 with announcement, yahoos, and prayer requests.     THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN JOINING US (See Code of Conduct below)

Some things to remember… please park on Swallow, not in the cul-de-sac… masks are required for all indoor and crowded outdoor spaces.  Please read the Code Of Conduct before your first visit to Covenant of the River… gifts to support this community are always welcome and can come in many forms like firewood, mead, monies, time and lighters… monetary donations can be made in the donation basket in the Hall or through PayPal on our website.

Thank you so much!
