Rock Painting Craft  and Park Cleanup

Join us!  This event is open to anyone who is interested!

This Sunday we will be caring for Landings Park and then enjoy a fun and relaxing craft for all ages.  Jean will provide supplies and guidance on creating painted rocks to use as decorations, garden art, and gifts.  Both activities will happen in the park.  You can help clean the park and leave.  You can come later for the  craft without cleaning.  You don’t have to do both activities. 

Meet at the park at 5:00! We meet at the pavilion by the playground. Bring your own food if you would like to eat at the park.  Then we will walk around together picking up trash, caring for Mother Earth. Bring gloves if you can.  Covenant of the River has been the formal and official group to clean Landings Park for over 10 years through the City’s “Adopt A  Park” program.  They even put up some signs to show everyone that we care for the park.  Information about getting to the Park:  LANDINGS PARK
