We raised energy and called upon the Divine Feminine at Full Moon and sent it out with a great push to all of the places where that kind of energy is needed to see truth. A Dark Moon is often a time of quiet and a time of beginning. For the Dark Moon, I would like to find that still spot inside where we can take that same Goddess energy into ourselves, where we can create our magic. The place we all have, all women and men – a place of quiet strength and beginnings.
During the ritual we will call upon the deities of Hekate, Persephone, and Lilith to assist us in a spell of binding and another for banishing. When used with careful thought and purpose these kinds of spells can be quite helpful in getting people to find the truth and leave their hate and/or prejudices behind. The Dark Moon is an especially good time to use this type of magic. I will show you how to make a binding bracelet and have black twine available to make them, if you want to. We will also learn about a banishing spell you can use at home.
This evening will NOT include ZOOM.
Some things to remember… please park on Swallow, not in the cul-de-sac… masks are required for all indoor and crowded outdoor spaces… BYOM (bring your own meal) if you want to eat at the Hall between 530 and 6pm… please read the Code Of Conduct before your first visit to Covenant of the River… gifts to support this community are always welcome and can come in many forms like firewood, mead, monies, time and lighters… monetary donations can be made in the donation basket in the Hall or through PayPal on our website.
