Join us tonight for our June Dark Moon gathering. This group is open to anyone, so stop by when you can. There won’t be a meeting in July so be sure to come tonight for your summer Dark Moon energy. We gather at 7pm for lighting candles casually in the Cauldron of Candles and conversation. We meet at the Hall at 901 E Swallow. Chel hangs around until 8:30 with people but will leave by 8 if no one shows up.
Previously Hel was listed as the topic of the evening. However, there will be no presentation and the evening may take on a different energy. If you know a lot about Hel, really like Hel, and were looking forward to that topic, I encourage you to attend and share what you know, we can all learn together. That kind of sharing would be perfect for the new format.
The Dark Moon Group is going to take a different feel tonight and in the future and it will be new so I’m not sure how it will go. It will be much more casual, more like Fireside with an open conversational tone without a “leader”, just a facilitator. We can talk about what we like about the group and what we don’t like and what we might want to do in August.
And/or we can burn massive amounts of candles and share our lives and laugh at the silly ways candles always seem to burn in the cauldron. It’s kind of like people. Alone, a candle burns with serious persistence in a set way. When candles get in a group they react to each other and become a lot more interesting. So will we.
