The Board of Directors is comprised of Rose, Pat, Cat, and Jordan. (Jordan is a member of both the Board and Council)
Holding regular closed Board meetings to conduct Covenant business as well as the Annual Open Board Meeting for all members to attend and learn about the finances and business of Covenant of the River are the primary functions of the Board. The Bylaws are one of the most important things created by the Board and they make them available here for everyone to view.
