Coloring Meditation
Meditation can help us focus thought, it can show us the way through something or how to flow with life. Meditation has been used, studied and promoted by cultures around the world. Tonight we incorporate meditation with the calming activity of coloring. This is an active meditation. We’ll spend a few minutes focusing on the energies of the time: Spring, civil discord, measured growth and the persistence of Spirit.
All supplies provided, although you are encouraged to bring your own art and tools to color, if you desire.
As you are able, please bring something to share in the potluck. Dishes, utensils and drinking water provided by Covenant of the River.
Please be mindful when you park. Most folx will need to park on adjacent streets.
