Cheese Making

A classical activity for this time of year was to make cheese. The farm animals are coming into their milk, and you can’t use it all right away, so making cheese was a great way to save it for all those precious, and delicious, calories.

Rose will be leading us in a cheese making craft this evening at her home. Please be aware she asks everyone to remove their shoes, so be ready for that. Please be considerate of the neighbors when parking and ensure we don’t park too close to other driveways.

Please bring a dish and/or beverage to share in our potluck feast if you are able. All dishes, utensils and drinking water are provided. Donations to offset the cost of the craft supplies are always welcome, but never required for participation.
