Discussion on Death Traditions and Ancestors

We will be doing our regular park cleanup at Landings Park this Sunday. October is the beginning of our winter schedule for park cleanups, so we will gather at 3:30 at the park, then gather again at 5:30 at 2800 Crystal Court for the potluck and the discussion.

Jean will be leading a discussion on the various traditions and views surrounding death, mourning, and the ancestors. We will have topics and traditions to explore AND you are encouraged to bring your own curiosities or findings in the realm of death traditions or ancestor worship.

Covenant will provide dishes, utensils and drinking water. There is plenty of parking at Landings Park, but at Crystal Court please be prepared to park on the adjacent streets. Be mindful of the driveways and sidewalks. If you need more accessible parking, please reach out to Council.
