DESCRIPTION:We have done this one before\, but it’s a good time for a refresher on it. When we work with energy\, the best practice is to begin with how we defend ourselves energetically\, and how we turn off such connections or release excess energy when we are done. \nWe are still on Summer Schedule so we will gather at Landings Park at 5 to enjoy our potluck\, then clean up the park\, followed by the presentation. Look for us under the pavilion by the playground. \nAs always dishes and water will be provided\, please bring a dish to share if you are able but do not stress if you can’t bring anything\, we would still love to see you. Water bottles\, bug spray\, and work gloves are encouraged.
