DESCRIPTION:This family friendly open ritual was written by the folx who showed up for the Group Write on January 18th. \nEmpowering the people. Enchanting the dirt that nourishes our growth\, even in the dark of Winter. Berkano\, Algiz\, Uruz and Kenaz (the runes of the season) will help us focus our intentions and gifts. \n\nGather at 430\nRitual starts at 5\nPotluck feast after ritual\nSumbl after feast\n\nPlease bring a dish and/or beverage to share\, as you are able. Dishes\, utensils and drinking water are provided by Covenant. If you have a drinking vessel you would like to use during Sumbl\, please bring that. Cups will be provided for those that do not bring a vessel and would like to participate in Sumbl. \nDonations to offset the cost of ritual supplies are always appreciated and never required. Please consider dropping a dollar or your spare change in the donation basket at our gatherings. You can also donate through PayPal on our website. Your presence is the best gift but dollars keep the lights on\, so to speak.

DESCRIPTION:A classical activity for this time of year was to make cheese. The farm animals are coming into their milk\, and you can’t use it all right away\, so making cheese was a great way to save it for all those precious\, and delicious\, calories. \nRose will be leading us in a cheese making craft this evening at her home. Please be aware she asks everyone to remove their shoes\, so be ready for that. Please be considerate of the neighbors when parking and ensure we don’t park too close to other driveways. \nPlease bring a dish and/or beverage to share in our potluck feast if you are able. Several people from our leadership team were unable to make the previous date work and we need them present.** \nOur storage situation is not changing any time soon and we need to clean up our sprawl at Pat’s. We have a list of things to do and folx with all ability levels are encouraged to come and help. Some of it requires safety and skill\, like running the chainsaw.
