The Earth was cold, winters chill
we huddled close lest our spirit it kill
in hearth and heart we held our hope
of spring’s warm sun we fondly spoke.

Now the Goddess comes
returns to us all
The God comes
he heeds our call.

In lovers embrace they shall bring back the green
each kiss, each touch brings back leaf and bean.
The love they share brings heat and sun
may the spell they weave be not undone.

We will gather to celebrate Beltane with the ritual written by the group last week. We will dance the Maypole, honor the fae and blow lots of bubbles!
