Full Moon Ritual

11/04/2017 7:30 pm
Other (specify)

Pat will be leading a full moon ritual out in nature. The focus will be be on coming back into ourselves, empowering ourselves, and continuing
to close the veil. If you still have work that you wish to do with
the veil, feel free to leave that part out of your practice this
evening. Please take the time to to give the veil, and your experience this Season, some thought before the ritual.

There is a beautiful spot by the river in a natural area called Cottonwood Hollow. We will gather at the hall, then carpool over to the spot together. It’s a quarter mile walk from the parking lot for the Poudre Trail, at the east end of Midpoint Drive, southeast of Prospect and Timberline. Google maps link is below for those that prefer to meet at the parking lot.

Ritual garb is certainly encouraged, but not required. Warm clothing is important, too. Headlamps or flashlights may be useful for the walk from the parking lot to the location. Drums are welcome, some will be brought by Pat (because he can’t stop himself from schlepping drums around).

Please bring water to drink, and eat your main meal before you join us for this gathering. Drinks and snacks to share would be appreciated.

Donations to offset the cost of the ritual supplies are always welcome, but are not required for participation.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Council. Blessings!
