Join us for an extended event to celebrate Beltane!

Spring is truly here, life is energized, passions rise!

Our family friendly celebration will begin at 1:30. Please gather around 1:00 to visit and get organized. Supplies for making head wreaths will be available in the Hall. If the weather holds we will hold the celebration in the Sanctuary. Our schedule is loose because we don’t know how long each part wil take so take it as an educated guess. There are three parts and you are not required to attend all of them. Come and go when it works for you.

Ritual Garb is encouraged but not required. Please wear clothing that makes you feel festive, sacred, apart from daily life. Or be comfy in your ritual jeans and tshirt.

1:30 pm Ritual, Part 1: Blessing of the Plow, Bel Fires, Calling of the Gods
Our intentions for the outcome of our plantings as well as gratitude follow us as we have a joyous procession from the driveway to the sanctuary. We will pass through the fires into the heart of our Beltane celebration where the plow blessing ritual will occur. The Gods will be called.

Beltane Crafts
Jean will lead a craft to create beaded charms and Chel will lead a craft creating mini Maypoles with ribbon streamers and a bell to wave.

<Short break to prepare Part 2>
